We’re proud to announce that Long Heating, Air & Plumbing has been voted Best Residential HVAC Company and Best Plumbing Company in the 2026 Best of the Wiregrass awards. This recognition marks our third consecutive win, and we are incredibly grateful to the communities that made it possible.

From Dothan, Enterprise, Headland, and Ozark, and across the entire Wiregrass region, we are honored to be trusted as your local choice for HVAC and plumbing services.

The Best of the Wiregrass is an annual community award program hosted by The Dothan Eagle that highlights the most trusted and highly rated local businesses throughout the region. Each year, residents vote for their favorite companies in categories ranging from HVAC and plumbing to restaurants, retail, and professional services.

Unlike other awards, this recognition is driven directly by the people of the Wiregrass, making it one of the most meaningful honors a local business can receive.

For our team, being named the best HVAC and plumbing company in the Wiregrass is more than an award, it’s a reflection of the trust placed in us by the communities we serve every day.

Whether we’re repairing an air conditioner in the peak of a Dothan summer, handling emergency plumbing in Enterprise, or completing system installs in Ozark and Headland, our goal remains the same: deliver dependable, honest, high-quality service every time.

Winning this award for the third year in a row is a reminder that consistency, integrity, and hard work matter.

Recognition like Best of the Wiregrass doesn’t just celebrate businesses, it strengthens the entire region. It helps residents in Dothan, Enterprise, Ozark, Headland, and surrounding Wiregrass communities identify reliable local companies they can trust in their homes and businesses.

For local HVAC and plumbing companies, it also raises the standard. It pushes us to continue improving service, training, and response times so that our communities always receive the best care possible.

Strong local businesses help build a stronger Wiregrass.

While we are honored to be recognized, we understand what comes with it: responsibility.

At Long Heating, Air & Plumbing, we remain committed to delivering the level of service that earned us this title:

• Trusted HVAC service and air conditioner repair across the Wiregrass

• Reliable plumbing solutions for homes

• Honest pricing and transparent communication

• Skilled, highly trained technicians who respect your home

• A continued focus on improving the standard of local service

Being named “best” doesn’t change our mission, it reinforces it.

To everyone who voted for us across the Wiregrass region, thank you. Your support, trust, and loyalty are what make this recognition possible, and we are truly grateful to serve as your local HVAC and plumbing company.

We also want to extend a sincere congratulations to all of the other local businesses recognized and voted in our categories this year. The Wiregrass is filled with hardworking companies that care deeply about their customers, and it’s an honor to be included among them. Healthy competition like this continues to raise the standard of service across our community.
